Randy was born and raised here Mount Pleasant, went away during his time in the Air Force, then settled back here to raise his family. His favorite hobby is disc golf, he has an anointing to fix and/or build just about anything, and his 4 kids are his world, whom he enjoys spending as much time as possible with.

 

Randy has participated in CrossFit for three years and has been coaching for two. His favorite thing about CrossFit is being able to push himself to a new capacity. Coaching has given him the opportunity to do that both for himself, as well as for others; his favorite thing about coaching is the opportunity to meet new people and build relationships.
